I really wanted to love this establishment. I really do. Toni & Guy is by the First Colony Mall. Parking is a breeze. To be fair, finding the right stylist can be difficult. What works for one person may not work for another. The first stylist I encountered was not as satisfactory as I hoped. The second one gave an awesome shampoo and understood how I like my cut. Of course, I scheduled another appointment. My hair looks great and I had lots of compliments. And I will probably book another one again. Having said that, this establishment purports to have a high end service. In this category, they fail to deliver. Unfortunately, service is in the details. When someone walks in, no one is offered refreshment. Telling someone to take a seat while waiting for the stylist is not consistent. Even a cursory prompt for a next appointment is not given. Am I being too nitpicky even with the great hair? Yes... And no. If I have received this type of service from a low to mid tier salon, I would have given them 4-5 star rating for meeting the expectations in that category. Since Toni & Guy is presenting itself as the higher end, I am rating the service as such. Bottom line. Excellent veteran stylists. Lacking front end service. Very clinical interactions.

This was my 4th visit and will be my last and would never recommend anyone who understands colour /Wash/Blowdry Before there was a professional team working,I found out on the phone before making an appointment that the lady left the salon but my colour is registered there.I asked for a lady who was the same standard as the lady left (Sohar) But purposely I was given a lady who was not experienced. It was not her fault but the fault of the manager who acted unprofessional Later when I asked for an experienced one I got a blunt reply that I There is no one and I can reschedule my appointment as if they damn care about their clients . The lady tried her best but due to her experience she was not able to give me the colour ,also had no idea how ho wash the hair. Later they again gave me another lady who couldn’t even hold a brush for blowdry. When I asked for another one ,again the same reply we don’t have any one available, even though I could see few just sitting free. Tony and Guy is a world recognised salon,I have used it around the world but here it seems either they don’t care about their clients even though we pay or there was an issue about my skin. Very disappointed. Would never recommend anyone to visit this salon .

I started comming here about 3 years ago and realized I’ve never left a review on google. Anyways, my haircut has always been clean and the color I got once was pretty fun too. I’ve had my hair cut by several of the stylist and they have all done a wonderful job and really seem to love their craft. As a guy, I was used to barber shop cuts. But this really sets the bar high for quality and detail.

WORST OF THE WORST experiences! Check this out - i came for the first time and in the middle of my haircutting the power outage happened. Ashley - the hairdresser asked me to follow her to the place where the light was better and she finished her job, however, she could not blow dry and style as there was no power. They asked me to either wait until no one knew when or come back for the rest of the service. FYI - my hair is very long, i had an event in the evening, and there is a pricy salon (hair cut from 54$) where i wanted my hair to be done perfectly. The time was 4:30. I have decided to wait until 6 and left them with all wet hair to have a walk - it actually disturbs as ur hair is all in water and falling on ur back. I checked them at 5:30-still no power. At 7 they called me asking to come back but i said that i was away already and asked if i could reschedule the appointment and get the full service next week (i mean she had to check my ends with light on after she cut them, then blow dry and cut again and make a style and then i have a good mood as a customer leaving a salon with perfectly beautiful hair making picture and sending my friends!!!!!). But no! They asked the manager to call me back and he, without apologizing, asked for my credit card details to pay for the service provided! I was in shock! I said that the service was incomplete and i will write a review! he interrupted me asking what i want him to do, i said - discount at least, and he finally offered me to pay for the kids haircut -39$. I said okay, but he also offered me a complimentary blow out!!!!!!! Blow out, Karl! Why do i need a blow out if i already dried my hair on the street?????? Will never come back. Do not recommend!
