Gertrude has been doing my braids for 10+ years. The shop in Milwaukee, WI was the beginning. She moved to Houston 3years ago. I moved 2 years ago to Houston and during that 3 year duration I haven’t let another braider in my head. I lost her contact info during my move, but recently received it again. Here I am getting my hair braided, by one of the best to me. She’s really in tune with her clients, and what’s in the best interest of them. I’m never disappointed and I’m always satisfied.

I wanted to try a braid stylist near my side of town. She’s amazing! Gertrude listened to my concerns and we selected the best style for me. She’s professional and her salon is extremely clean. She’s talented, skilled and caring. Her pricing is reasonable and she’s dependable. She DOES NOT waste time! No wait with an appointment. This is my first time and I’m definitely coming back!
