Michelle was great and got me in and out quickly. Hairdressers always use the thinning shears because my hair is pretty thick, and she was the first not to get them caught in my hair and hurt me. I already loved this place because it has online check-in meant I could normally immediately be seen after I arrived, but now it will always be my go-to location when I need a haircut because the stylists are great.

Every time I go, there are new people. You do have to register online, but it's super useful and handy. Just make sure you choose someone with experience. One time I walked in and was next. No wait time! It's more convenient because they can tell you an estimated wait time.

Talented stylists; it's my go to hair place. Only bummer is they don't cut weave.

Went in today for a cut. I originally went to the Great Clips in Old Pearland with good cut but just wanted shorter. Today I saw Kristen and she did an awesome job! I went shorter than would normally and walked out extremely happy! Thank you Kristen!

I had been a loyal customer of the location for several years and have always received excellent service, but after this evening I will never go back. At 6:46 this evening I checked in online. The site indicated I had a 6 minute wait. I arrived at the shop and saw customers in the waiting area and two stylists. The open sign was still lit up, so I walked in. I saw my name on the check-in monitor, but the female stylist told me rather rudely that they were closed. I indicated to her that I had checked in online. She only repeated that they close at 7 and were already closed. I told her that it was 6:54. Again she said that they were closed, so I told her they had lost my business. Maybe this isn't a big deal, but if you allow online check ins, your door is unlocked and your open sign is lit up.....you are open. Not to mention, there is no excuse for rudeness. I had frequented this location for several years and always tipped $8 to $10 (occasionally more) for each cut I received, so I guess I expected more out of a business that I have been very loyal to.
