Did an excellent job cutting my husband's hair! It was a little short for me but then it grew in so nice and even! Great work for 15 minutes!

I went to go get a haircut and I asked for curtain bangs. The lady there cut the bangs super uneven and when I got home and realized I bursted into tears. usually when people mess up on my food order or clothing or overcharging me I don’t have a strong reaction. But when it comes to my hair, I am a mixture of furious and sadness because the first thing people see when they see me is not only my smile but my hair. I’m so dissatisfied and upset. PLEASE do not go here.

This is my place to go for a hair cut for over a year, put my name on the online wait list. Went in saw my name on the list and had a seat. Watched my name move up the list and then it disappeared. I asked where my name went and they couldn't tell me they acted like I was crazy, they assured me it wasn't on there. I had to show them my confirmation text for them to acknowledge i was telling the truth. Then she said she would have put me back on the list. It was crowded and the wait was 59 minutes. I politely said if i was going to wait again it would be across the street at super clips! So, that's what i did. Won't be back!

The problem here is that there are different stylists here each time you visit. If you like someone, consider it one and done Response to the "owner's" response.... What are you going to do? Stop your stylists from leaving after being there a short time? Chain them? Lol. When you finally get a good one they go to a higher earning shop.
