Very little wait time, very good haircut. She took my 2 months overdue and made it the best cut I've got in a while.

I went to this place to dye my hair, I wanted a specific styled and the lady didn’t even do close of what I wanted I wanted the ombré type and it’s not even and there’s huge parts that are still black so it looks really bad. I went and asked for a refund in which she told me I gotta wait until the manager was back 13 days after she messed up my hair or to come back the next day so she could fixed my hair which I told her no I didn’t want that lady to messed up my hair more, but what it made me angry is the attitude the girl with the gray highlights had, I don’t recommend this salon to anyone and I would never go back to this place again

I made an appointment a day in advance for highlights. When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes and there were 5 people waiting in line... there were only 2 hairdressers working... I did get to go ahead of all the others but the hairdresser didn't want to work on me because the line was too long and it was going to take too long on me....what a waste of my time...I will never ever step foot back into a Master Cuts Salon..I went to a different salon and my hair looks beautiful!...i wished i could charge them for my wasted time!!

Veronica was great. She was patient and listened and ultimately helped me decide between a pixie and light layers on my long hair. She was patient and asked for my guidance as we cut off about 7 inches. I left loving the look. Thanks Veronica 🙂. I'll be back!
