This was my first time visiting Heist and their front desk experience was great and welcoming and helpful. My seven year old daughter and I both got our haircut from AP, she was very kind and thorough and she gave us exactly what we hoped for and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely recommend, and we plan on returning

Jessica Comer is the best. She's been doing my hair since I was in junior high, and I'm 23 now! I am so glad she supported me when I decided to chop my hair short. After years of wanting long hair, she asked if I was really really sure I wanted to cut it off and said she thought it would look really cure. Afterwards, I learned that I much much prefer my hair to be short. About to schedule another appointment to get it done again! EDIT: I dont know if my pictures are showing up, but I'm trying to add one of the new cut. Jessica did an awesome job once again, and I've already decided were making the hair even shorter next time!

Went here to get my highlights done. I have no idea what this Ella used, probably straight bleach - but I know have bald spots in my hair. I discussed with her that my hair cannot tolerate bleach, as it is very fragile. She did not do highlights, she did like a total bleach job of my roots. Now I have bald spots on in my hair. I am traumatized at this point - please avoid this woman at all costs. What's more disturbing, is she kept bragging about her techniques with hair extensions. I can't help but wonder if she wasn't purposefully doing this to get my business in that area. Just wrong.
