Terry was absolutely amazing. My hair was fried and I was about ready to shave it and wear a wig. He did a deep conditioning mask and did the exact cut I asked for. By the time he was finished my hair was so soft, shiny and healthy. It was hard to believe what I walked In with compared to what I left with. Go to this salon... you will not regret it.

Terry did a wonderful job he spent so much time and effort to really make my hair look awesome and give me the cut that was best for me. I haven't had a good hair cut in so long and I just love my hair. He explained to me all the product he used and why it was awesome.

I'm very disappointed with this salon, I've been going there for 3 years now (My son and daughter too) and when my mother in law comes into town she loves this place too! I had an appointment today with my son in the afternoon, but as flu season goes my daughter woke up with 102 fever, bad cough and cold so I had to call and cancel our appointments and wanted to reschedule so we wouldn't infect the whole salon. Thought that was a good thing BUT turns out you have to cancel 48 hours before your appointment, as much as I would LOVE for my daughter to let me know she was planning on getting sick it just doesn't work this way! So the receptionist told me that I would not be able to reschedule I can only do walk-ins now. I told her my situation and if she could let the owner know but just as I thought I haven't heard back from anyone.... so I'll be going to a different salon from now on. I understand that cancellations can get out on hand but 48 hours before really life happens and you should treat your loyal customers better then this we are who you need to keep your business going!! So disappointing

I moved to the area 1 year ago and have had a terrible time trying to find a good hairdresser. The last place that I went to damaged my hair. I found Shear Madness online and after reading the great reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I set up an appointment with the Owner Michael who spent time trying to understanding what I did and didn't like about my hair. He was interested in knowing what look I wanted and then educated me on what needed to be done in order to achieve it. I walked out of there with the healthiest hair EVER and the biggest smile on my face!!! And to top it off, the staff there are beyond fantastic!!! I can't wait for my next appointment!!! ðŸ˜˜ðŸ¤—ðŸ˜Ž
