Listen to the reviews. Not a great place. Here is a tip when you check in put a boys name because they will just keep looking at the monitor hoping someone else will take the girl hair cut. After 2 stylist walked away when they saw it was a female name to go play on their phones. 3rd girl finally took me and the other 2 jumped up and called the boys name😡. Glad I got the nice girl with red hair. Customer service will go along way in this business if they find girls who want to work.

Great place to get a haircut just wish they wouldn't change an employee so much sometimes I like the same person cutting my hair

Had to give it 1 star to leave comment!! WORSE HAIR CUT EVER.. The girl who cut my hair was more concerned on moving back to beaumont. I have no hair. She cut it so bad.. I showed her a picture.. she couldn't even cut it even above my ears. Her scissors was as big as edwsrd scissorhands!!! Her razor had a broke piece that kept scraping my neck. She was complaining about lack of business, that's because either one of the girls that was working yesterday was good at their job or friendly at all.. NO ONE WILL GO BACK.. OMG my hair is horrible..

WORST HAIRCUT EVER, the lady who cut my hair was just talking to the other lady cutting hair and was rushing throught it, JUST TO TALK WITH HER FRIEND.

Worse haircut I've ever gotten. Could not wait to get out of that place. Girl that cut my hair was not friendly, didn't listen to me when I told her how to cut my hair. She just picked up big clumps of hair so big and thick that her scissors would just fold the hair over and not cut it. When I told her it wasn't short enough she got mad. Then when she styled it my 7 year old granddaughter would have put more effort into it. Will not be back to that place!
