They do good work. My husband and I had a pleasant and professional experience there .. except for their "personal banter", which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Iam a trilingual disabled veteran. I do not speak Spanish and are unable to learn due to my injuries. I bEen going there for a long time, until they decided the employees don’t need to speak English. Messed up my son and my hair several times because of that fact. I talked to manager a few times, no change. This did not happen to me when I was in El Paso, Texas or in McAllen, Texas. Only happens everywhere in Laredo...

Hello everyone, So I will start off by saying you guys make so many customers you should definitely get a bigger space where your customers can wait, since you receive so much business this shouldn't really be a problem. We were luckily able to squeeze into the amount of people ( to be fair it wouldn't be so cramped up if everyone didn't bring some relatives that aren't planning on cutting there hair it just makes no sense to do so. Anyway, let me start off that my husband always wanted a certain haircut that no one could ever do, so we have been trying to pick out places we have never gone to in order to make it happen, but alas nothing would work out until we came here, the lady was older and we already didn't expect much of getting the perfect look since my husband doesn't speak Spanish and even with the language barrier we were able to get the hair cut he always wanted!!! They have many employees, so we cannot really be sure about everyone else but the lady we had was honestly really nice, and I would recommend her I just wish I would have gotten her name. So the reason I didn't give a five star was because the small room we had to wait in it did have kids toys but it was really tight to play in. ^^ My only suggestion, is that you consider getting a bigger place! Other than that everything was amazing!!! Thank you.

I went there one day, I showed the girl the pic of the guy I wanted the hair like, I told her dude I want a fade with like the 1 or 2, do the number 2 and if I feel like it's too long do the #1, and she is like well if I do that then I will have to charge twice and I'm like DUDE AREN'T YOU SUPPOSED TO DO YOUR JOB ACCORDING TO HOW I WANT MY HAIRCUT, avoid this place like the plague horrible experience never going to this place again
