You do not even deserve 1 star. I came here for a trim on my long butt length hair. I allowed the lady to remove 4 finger lengths. I finally allowed some to touch my hair after 5 years just to walk out looking like a fool. My hair was completely ruined and crooked. I went to cosmetology school and these women do NOT follow basic guidelines for hair cutting. TDLR SHOULD REALLY Take a look here. Not only was I seated in a chair covered in someone else's hair, but the girl couldn't even properly section my hair. After I was notified about the bad haircut I returned within 10 mins of leaving. Upon my second arrival I was told to wait in a completely empty salon with the "cosmetologist" who cut my hair doing services on herself. No regard to a customer who paid and tipped her well waiting on her to fix her mistake. Then, then the girl has the nerve to say my hair was crooked because it was long and she can't work well with long hair... I'm sorry but none has EVER had an issue cutting my long hair. All I asked for was a straight line. After attempting to fix the hack job she did on me, she had the nerve to tell me she can't fix it but that I can go home and straighten my hair and return and she can try and fix it with the clippers....... Really why should a paying customer have to return a THIRD time to receive a proper hair trim.....thankfully after finally putting my foot down I was given my money back but I walked away with a much worse haircut then she had previously gave me. Not only that but my hair went from my butt to my mid back. I lost several inches of hair when she was only to remove 3!!!!! I pray the owner sees this and handles this girl because a paying customer shouldnt walk away in tears!

Wax made me break out and irritated. Had my nails done, most came out unevenly shaped and coated due to the employee rushing.

Omg i almost cried when i got home the lady that cut my hair i dont thing she even had her licence because in beauty school they teach you how to thin out hair i dont know what she did but i was hair less from the back and as for nail technician they all wanted lunch at the same time turning custumers away dont recommend this place even if it was the last one dont go just because of 5 dollar hair cuts
