Been going there for years...I like the hospitality and the ambience...

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Hair Gallery has about 6 employees who hold NO license besides the store owner & have NO experience cutting women’s hair. Be warned.

Not a salon for women. I was sooooo upset. I came from out of town and needed a blowout for an event. I made 2 reservations well ahead of time. (Weeks ahead). Me and my SIL signed in and was passed up by so many other customers. I had to speak up before I was seen. Then when I was finally sat hours later the girl took an hour before the owner stepped in. My SIL wasn’t seen for an hour beyond that after I told the owner I made 2 reservations. She later told me that men’s hair are quicker to cut and they make money faster, and the employees prefer to cut men’s hair. OMG!!! Then don’t advertise women’s services. BTW we had an early appointment (10:30am)....we were late for the event, at 6pm. Oh. And I ended up with an updo that was from the 60’s because I guess she didn’t know how to do a blow out. (I showed her a co-workers hair who had the style I wanted.)
