I don't know how this place received great reviews. The ladies who are here are arguing as to who should charge a customer and one last is complaining that she had to close. It's the most unorganized and GHETTO place I have been to.

Everytime I go I ask for the twins or Rosie. Shes reliable to get the job done right. To many complaints about them closing early. Maybe if you all didnt show up 5 minutes before closing there wouldnt be an issue.

The haircut was complete trash i waited a total of 50 minutes for a 10 minute haircut. I had long and wavy hair and asked for her to just cut the tips she ended up cutting about 3/4 of my hair lenght supposedly because it was “longer than it semmed” not only that i get charged as an adult so i had to pay 16 bucks for a total mess

If the older lady cuts my son hair its always a bad hair cut but when the other 2 do it its fine.

Lower your expectations to avert disappointment. Can't lower prices though. I have to express my concern and disappointment with the quality of service provided at all their locations.  There is always something that makes my experience unpleasant or disappointing. Either I get my head stabbed, or burned with the hair cut machine.  I get uncut long hairs behind my hers, or the trim is uneven.  Today I asked for my hair to be cut with the #1 around my head and only cut the hair tips on top. Please note that my hair was relatively long, so I wanted long hair on top to style it when I comb my hair. However, I got uncut long hairs behind my ears, and the lady over cut the front of my hair. The hair is so short that it is spiked.  This is not the look I asked for not what I am willing to pay for.
