My first visit was yesterday (8/10/17). It was a wonderful experience. Erica and the rest of the ladies are professional and very pleasant. I have a new hairstyle and I'm beyond satisfied. If you are considering something new. Please visit these lovely ladies, hopefully you will not regret it. Don't underestimate Lubbock, it has something for everyone. Go TEXAS!!!!

My stylist Madison did a great job on my hair and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She was a great listener and made very helpful suggestions. As I got my hair done I looked at the prices and calculated my hair should've came out to about $110. However, when I checked out it came to $153. I'm not sure why it came out to that much and if they add any extra fees they should HAVE to tell the customer. I didn't have time to say anything as I was late for a meeting but I'm going to try and call and see what I can do. From some of these reviews though it looks like I won't be getting very far. Overall my hair experience was great but I did feel cheated out of money. Luckily I had $156 dollars in the bank but obviously it doesn't leave me anything.
