Christine is wonderful. She takes her time to know your needs and she styles and cuts my hair so I look good. I really like this place because it's convenient, and I am able to purchase the products I need.

Gentleman did a great job with my 5 yr old grandson. Patient and understanding. Salon was clean and the workers were all friendly.

Wow the young lady that works here is beyond rude. They messed up on my appointment and Instead of still cutting my daughter's hair she said she was all booked. I tried asking about another appointment for tomorrow and in the middle of my sentence she hangs up on me . Horrible, horrible customer service .

I had an appointment which was kept on time. My stylist, Yvonne, was attentive and helpful, in the beginning. Everything was going well with my color and highlights until Gabby called. The other stylist answered the phone and told Yvonne that Gabby wanted to know what time she had opened the salon. Yvonne said it was 9:10am because she had taken a different vehicle and didn't have her keys. The other stylist, Rebecca, related she was afraid to talk to, "her boss's boss." Yvonne refused to take the phone and asked Rebecca to relay the message. Rebecca stated Gabby wanted Yvonne to text her with the exact time the salon was opened. Yvonne explained that she and Gabby, the District Rep, had a challenge in respecting each other. (These are NOT things the customers should hear!) I had called the same morning and was unable to reach anyone until 9:36am. From the point the manager called, the gentleness of my hair went to slightly harsh. There was definitely a change in Yvonne's demeanor. A friend of Yvonne's came in with a daughter needing a hair cut and the friend needed full color. I was then handed off to Rebecca. She did a great job. She had to ask Yvonne several questions regarding what toner to use, etc. During that time, Yvonne colored her friend's hair and cut the hair of the child. Rebecca started drying my hair when Yvonne decided she could finish my hair. Rebecca then tended to the lady with the full color. At the end, I felt that I had been handed back and forth between two stylists. I expressed my concern at the breakage and large strands of hair on the cover I was wearing. Yvonne asked Rebecca if she had noticed any breakage during the rinse, to which Rebecca replied negative. There was breakage. I have strands standing out all over the crown of my head. I feel like new customer service over friend service was secondary. The discussions of all were extremely personal, involving who was sleeping with whom and who had custody of what child. I think coaching is indeed needed in this salon. I have two positives, hence the two stars. One, my hair is almost as I asked, and two, even with the back of my shirt being thoroughly soaked from the wash and rinse...well, my hair looks good. Oh, I had informed both stylists that I was, "shopping" the salon and would be leaving a public review.

Always have to wait an hour to get in despite the fact that there is only a couple of customers in there. Very slow and lazy in my opinion.
