My family and I have been going to Russo's since they first opened on Clovis Road. We've never had any issues. Vanessa and her staff at both places are courteous and polite at all times. All stylist do as requested by the client when you sit in the chair. Keep up the good work Russo's! As far as you go Vanessa, we know you are always swamped, keep your head up and do the great job you always do!

So I noticed that there were never any vehicles parked in front of the salon and I maybe thought it was because they were a new business, boy was I wrong. I went in and asked the only lady working there, her name was Vanessa, how many years of experience did she have cutting hair and she answered with an attitude "11 years and I charge for that too." I should have left as soon as I saw this first sign of an attitude but decided to ignore it. When i asked her much it would be to cut my hair (length up to my bra strap) she said it would be $30. I sat down, had NO WASH or CONDITIONING, she just brushed my hair. She started cutting my hair. She was very condescending and when I asked her questions she gave me an attitude. My logic told me that if someone is cutting my hair dry when it is wavy more than likely when its straightened out it will not look even. When I asked her about that she also gave me an attitude. NO STYLING OR BLOW-DRYING. She ended charging me $40 for a dry hair cut with no wash, conditioning, or styling. At the end, I just wanted to get out of there. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone unless you are like me in a rush and desperate to get a haircut. Now i regret it.
