worst customer service ever. Just walked in to get our haircut and the lady seemed irritated that we were there. There was a line of about six people with one lady working at 5 o’clock on a Monday. There was another lady in the back busy on her phone and told us that when she got done with her phone call that she could come in and cut my sons hair. They both just seemed annoyed that they had to be at work. I got the vibe that they were irritated and I didn’t really want them cutting my sons hair for his birthday so we just got up and left. Definitely won’t be going back there

The worse customer service I've ever experienced. The Stylist was even hateful to me (I guess) because I didn't pre-register online?!?!? We immediately left after the exchange.

Worst customer service ever. I was walk in and two ladies inside did not even bother to check me in and did not greet me. I heard one them was saying, he can check in online, don't worry. I left the store right after that. They did not even care about the new customer. I would not go their and not recommend to my friends. I went to the another branch(virginia and hardin) and they have the great customer service that I was looking for.

Rachel did an amazing job! She was very sweet and professional! The store is very clean and vibrant.

Checked in online and when I walked in the door my name was first on the list. A few moments later the person after me was called up, that's not the way I understood online check in to work. Since the haircuts really aren't that great at this location anyway, I won't be back. Online check in is supposed to be beneficial to the customer .
