Update 4-15-18- 1 star Went back today and Marcus no longer works at this location ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ and is too far away to drive to. So I gave the ladies another try. Christina did a LITTLE better this time but, it was still uneven and much shorter than I specified, she just kept cutting and cutting. Denise buzzed my kids ENTIRE head instead of leaving the 2 inches on top like I told her. I will NEVER return, not even for a FREE haircut. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Update: went back about a month ago go and Marcus did and incredible job, again. Rating a 5 star only because Marcus really came through for my son and Denise did a great job on my other son's cut. My husband brought our boys in for cuts and one of them looked great and really compliments my kiddos big head :-) Thanks Denise!!! My other son's haircut was horrible, and obviously rushed. It was uneven, choppy and had razor lines in it and some spots were just not cut period.(Christina was responsible for that nightmare) I brought my son back to have it fixed because it was embarrassing and Marcus was able to make it look AMAZING. He really took his time and was able to do everything I expected without me even having to voice it. He really knows what he is doing and does a phenomenal job. He got himself a regular client from now on. My son loved him and his haircut which is worth even more. If you need a cut I highly recommend Marcus and Denise.

I've been reading all of these one star reviews and ratings and I am just shocked. My wife comes in to this location to get her hair straightened, trimmed and shampooed. There was one time that there was a little lady in there that messed my wife's hair up and luckily we were in a good mood and did not tell the manager. If you want someone who's going to do a good job of cutting your hair listening to your request shampoo from straighten whatever you're wanting done then ask for the hairstylist Anthony he does a great job listens to what you want done yes, he may seem a little funny but he does the job right and personally to me that's what matters. So if you want someone who does the job right and will not mess up your hair or how you want it done or styled whatever ask for Anthony. If you let him cut, style do whatever you want done to your hair I'm sure you'll be satisfied. I'm not saying those ladies in there don't know how to cut hair but Anthony is one of those that listens. I'm pretty sure my wife is going to continue to go there as long as he's working there. I don't care if someone's a little funny so long they do the job right and he does so to me that's all that matters. So if you want a good haircut experience ask for the tall black gentleman Anthony, he does a outstanding job.

Horribly Rude! I was amazed out how rude of staff that greeted me at the Plano, TX Great Clips. I have been a patron on Great Clips for several years, and just moved to this area in Plano. This was my first experience with this particular location. A rude blonde stylist named Christina greeted me and my family with exceptional disrespect. It was near closing time and it was apparent she did not want to be there. My kids were excited to get their hair cut, so we had myself, my wife and my three children who asked to get haircuts. The first rude thing she did was make it apparent with her face she was not excited to see us. Then I had a $9.99 haircut gift card that I had loaded with about $100 several months ago and had lost. I found it and asked if I could use it. She rudely responded with "I cant reload that" I told her I didn't need it reloaded that I had money on it. Then she replied with "I can't tell you your balance". Her attitude and disrespect lead me to believe that she would be as equally as bad of a stylist so I declined to get my hair cut. This is not what I have come to expect from Great Clips and as a manager would highly recommend disciplinary action.
