So on Saturday 02/10/2018 I wanted my hair cut so I went to Fantastic Sam's I will not be going back again. I could not have been any clearer as to how I asked for my hair to be cut, evenly at about an inch length overall. The stylist layered the sides when I asked her not to and left the back untuched then butchered my sideburns. No part of my hair was anywhere near being evenly cut. By far the worst haircut I have ever had

Asked for a long A line... ended up with a bob with hangs, lady tried, but ultimately went home and cut it myself.

All the other times I've been there, the stylists I got were amazing and did fantastic work. This time, though, I went around the time they opened and while I was seen immediately, the stylist just took a razor and ran it over my head. She didn't even put a neck wrap to keep the stray hairs from getting on me beneath the sheet, or even offer to shampoo my hair afterward. At the most, I was in the chair for maybe 10 minutes. When I left, I was satisfied, but when I got home and could look at it closer, I found that there were a lot of stray tufts of hair that I had to cut myself. Honestly, I could cut my own hair at the same level as the stylist who saw me and I have barely any experience cutting my own hair. I'm giving it a 2 based on the other times I've been and how disappointed I am with this last time.
