Great stuff they listen to you and what you want for your hair and I love the atmosphere. Great products and they're not too expensive

I went there yesterday, Saturday 3/17/2018 almost 40 minutes before they closed and they denied service saying they were not open anymore. There was nobody in line and there was no appointments; the lady was just sweeping and had already locked the door 40 minutes before the hours posted on the door sign. About 3 months ago, I made two appointments for my son I, and when I got there they said I had to wait over an hour. This is the second time they treat me like this and I will not consider their service anymore. I strongly suggest you go to a different place that keeps their appointments and opens and closes at their actual posted hours. I know every body deserves a 2nd chance, but they run out of chances.

They take competitor coupons and email at least 2 coupons a month, always have sales on my favorite gel what more can you ask for? I'm always greeted right away, last visit was seen by berta, she did exactly what I wanted, has good sense of humor and always smiling shes good people. Everyone that works here is nice, wait times are short
