Alexis cut my son’s hair today. It was his first haircut at 9 months old! My poor guy was nervous and cried, but Alexis was so sweet and patient with him. Both ladies working were extremely kind and accommodating. I appreciate how patient they were and Alexis’s flexibility to help get the task done! Even though my son was wild, his hair looks great!! I’m impressed. Wonderful job! We will definitely be coming back and referring your business to all.

The atmosphere was just meh, but I was there when the internet was down and TVs were not working. My main problem is with the haircut. My son has a strip of long hair in the back that was missed. His head was buzzed with a 2 & then the longer hair on the top of his head was cut with scissors. I pointed out a large area of long hair on the side of his head before we left and the stylist fixed it, but she didn’t take time to look at the rest of his hair & unfortunately I didn’t either. I understand that toddlers are squirmy and have fine hair, but that’s the reason I paid more and came to a place specializing in children. We don’t live in San Antonio, so running back in to town for a touch up would be a major inconvenience. I’m disappointed. UPDATE: The owners were amazing in responding to my concerns and reaching out to apologize. I’m so pleased with the customer service.

Haircut was ok but experience was great. My little 18 month old was taken here for his 1st haircut. He was buckled into this cute little car then the hair stylist asked what his favorite show on Netflix was and put it on. He honked and steered thru his whole haircut with no trouble. They had a my first haircut package, which we got, that included the haircut and a certificate with your child’s pic and a lock of hair. He was happy and so were we :)

Owner was really nice and personable. Alexis cut my sons hair really well despite him fussing a bit and was really gentle with him. Establishment was really clean and kept up with keeping the hair after each use which some don't. Oh and they had cool seats for them to sit in!

My son flailed and screamed through an entire haircut and the stylist (Alexis, I believe) was professional and helpful throughout the whole thing. Everyone was nice and the haircut looks great. Definitely recommend
