I've been going to Waves Blow Dry Bar on Stone Oak Pkwy in San Antonio for 14 months and my experience is never anything other than a delight. It's easy to find professional places. It's even easy to find friendly places. But it's unheard to find the perfect combination of both. Sami in particular deserves special kudos. She has the unique ability of being able to multitask the work of doing my hair while listening to the story of my life. My stories aren't exactly riveting material, but that's what makes Sami special - more than simply offering the gift of finesse, she offers the gift of friendship. I could not be happier with my experience. Signed, Monica Lara Castillo

Great place! Sammi is the best. She gives a great blow out and Keratin complex express treatment. I highly recommend her. The place ia very clean and trendy. And all employees are very nice and personable.

I love this place. I have been coming here for two years. Sami Vela is an amazing stylist whom I love, respect, admire, and adore. My hair is long and thick and Sami always makes it look impeccable. Stefan, Lonna, and the rest of the staff are always so very warm and welcoming and do a phenomenal job as well...

THIS PLACE IS ONLY DECENT FOR STRAIGHT HAIR! I HAD TO INSTRUCT THEM CONTINUOUSLY, ON HOW TO BLOW OUT MY UNRULY HAIR. THEN AT CHECKOUT, THE OWNER OVERCHARGED ME AND TRIED TO CONVINCE ME, MY FRIZZY HAIR LOOKED NICE. BUT EVEN MY BOYFRIEND COMMENTED ON THE HORRIBLE OUTCOME. SO, IF YOU HAVE COARSE HAIR. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR A BLOW OUT!
