Finally... finally a decent place with decent people that give decent haircuts. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed with a nice smile/ greeting. I could tell the stylists enjoyed all their customers as guests and really had an upbeat personality. Jessica has been by far the best when it comes to haircut service I have had since last year when my old stylist from SportsClips moved out of state. It had been a struggle to find a new spot since then but I feel with Jessica I finally found my new go to haircut place. Thanks for treating all customers sincerely and providing me a super nice haircut! All other haircut spots should be like yours! **update unfortunately Jessica no longer works here. Not sure what happen, its ashame the turnover rate for haircut places. Cant ever get a consistent person to rely on.**

Let's get the positives out of the way I can only think of one. Which is the person that did my hair one they finally got someone to do my hair had a good personality. Now to the negatives that far surpass the one positive thing. I checked in online saying that I would be getting a hair cut and coloring. When I arrived I told the person at the desk that I checked in online. She looked at the computer and asked if I was Cameron and I said yes. So she took me to a seat where she was getting ready to cut my hair. When I felt like I had to say that I was also getting it colored because in the past when I want to a different location they colored and then cut my hair. She didn't even look at what I was supposed to get done. When I got the person to bleach my hair she kept asking me how long if should be left in for. I'm not the one that's supposed to know that. The toner I wanted they were out of so they decided without asking me was to mix a bunch of different colors together. The biggest problem I have with it was they didn't ask me. Not to mention it looked nothing like it was supposed to. Once that awfulness was over we moved on to the hair cut. Which is which I'm the most mad about because she didn't ask how I wanted it cut! I repeat she didn't ask me the customer how I wanted it to be cut! And of course because she didn't ask how I wanted it she cut it wrong. I do not recommend the location if you are going to get any sort of coloring done to your hair

Amber is amazing, super friendly and sweet plus she is an amazing hair stylist. I came to her, expressed what I am trying to do with my hair and just gave her the reigns. She gave me tips and told me what she thought looked the best, basically went above and beyond...you can tell she is passionate about what she does.

So to preface this, I like super cuts and I have gotten my hair cut with them at various locations in SA. I've gone to this one a few times and this one location is just horrible. They cut half an inch off when I didn't tell them and confirmed it with me after the fact, didn't ask if I wanted it rounded or square in the back, were very rushed throughout the experience, and asked if I wanted a hot towel like I would really inconvenience them if I said yes. Get it together Super Cuts! I hope they get better but even if they do, I will never come back to this location again. They charge way too much to give you such bad service despite the friendly face. Not doing it.
