Had to go back to have my hair recolored because of grey hair not getting colored the first time... She put the color then rinse it and sat me under a dryer helmet. Left me there for about 25 mins. I had to get up and ask the owner was the hair stylist done.. That really ridiculous they didn't even have one customer in the salon.. they just were rude! not Professional at all. I will not go back here because of this experience... and just to put it out there still have a few silver hairs...

While visiting from out of town I wanted to give my daughter and son-in-law some relaxing time away from my grandbabies. Every salon I called was closed on Monday's (which happens to be the only time the two of them had) this salon went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Both of them really were blown away by the treatments each of them had received. If your looking for superior customer service and wonderful spa treatments this is your place. Thank you so much. Xoxoxo Chicago grandma

Kinda looks like it needs a face lift also the parking is bad. Could be stronger in the massage area, the cd they used for music started skipping and made me wonder why this outfit hadent put money back into there company.

Do NOT waste your money here!!! I booked an appointment here based on the good online reviews. My mistake. I came in for a hair cut with Vanessa. She absolutely butchered the cut. I asked for long layers. Needless to say these "layers" are not even. My hair looks completely crooked, even my ends aren't straight. It looks like I hung my head upside down and cut the hair myself. I have never written a negative review on someone ever...but I am so upset that Vanessa feels she may be good at cutting hair. She may eventually be "good" one day... but she definitely needs better instruction and practice. I am completely embarrassed with my hair and now will need to pay more money elsewhere to fix it. I also heard this place was one if the best salons in SA. Perhaps it was YEARS ago. Now it looks outdated and dirty. It looks like a 1980s nightclub decorated with mirrorred walls even the ceiling is mirrored too!!!! They also sell cheap, plastic sunglasses and t-shirts in the front of the salon. This is DEFINITELY NOT an upscale salon and spa despite with the Sergio's website has!!! I walked in hesitant once I saw the inside of the salon. My brain screamed to turn around and leave, but my stupid politeness stopped me and I decided to give it a chance. I didn't want to judge the stylist by the place she worked in. Turns out, I should have listened to myself and walk back out the door!!! Skip this place, please.
