Trisha (the manager) completely restored my experience here at great clips. I had a horrible experience, but due to timing I was forced to try this again. Trisha really listen to my request and gave me ease that she would take care of me and my crazy curls. Within 15 min I was in and out and completely satisfied! I would rate this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of consistency within this company and the people they hire. Hire more Trishas!

I took my son here to get a haircut and it was terrible. Not only did they rush through the cut, they didn’t give him an edge up, and they left some spots longer than others. Nothing was blended. They lady also knicked his ear and made him bleed. I will not be returning. Only thing they did proper was fix his hair cut only after I complained.

This place is good and the hair stylists do a great job. They never let me down.

I would not recommend this place unless you go to Cecilia. I believe she has been their for many years and does a good job. My family went here for awhile. They both go to other establishments now. My son's last haircut was horrible. I apologize I don't remember her name, but she had blue hair. She said, his hair didn't lay right therefore that's why she cut it bad. His bangs were cut at an incline. My son said, she nicked him several times. It was probably because she was talking with another co-worker the whole time about other co-workers. She was very unprofessional and piss poor at the craft.
