I had such Wonderful experience. Miranda did my hair. She was friendly, courteous and understanding. She took her time to make sure that I walked out of there with my hair exactly as I wanted it to be. She did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her. Thanks Miranda

I am not one for bad reviews, in fact , I find so much joy spreading good ones, but I think this will benefit your establishment to know how to provide better approaches to walk ins, or customers in general. I have always liked this place, but today I walked in with my son and I've never felt like such an inconvenience. They asked if I had an appt and you could tell I was a problem. I didn't mind waiting because that is what you expect when you are a walk in. Her comments were as if she wanted me to know I was an inconvenience as well. I upped the stars to 3 because she talked to my son well while getting his haircut. The comment that bothered me the most was to a woman who was leaving, " I will finish my lunch later" , yes I understand, we ruined your day by walking into the door that states walk ins welcome. A simple we are booked now, but can you come at this time instead, or even I need to finish my lunch, is that Ok? Guess what my answer would have been, "Of course." I won't burden this establishment again with my presence. Final food for thought, Set realistic expectations and then try to exceed them, that's how you provide excellent customer service, my expectation was that walk ins were welcome, per your door.
