My sister received an email from D’Anthony with a promotion for the months of October/November. It was for a COMPLIMENTARY pumpkin mask and scrub. So my sister and I schedule appointments for their classic pedicure ($35). We get our toes done (which they did a terrible job) and go to pay. The lady who was doing my sister’s toes comes up and says what we got was the spa pedicure ($45) because of the mask and scrub. I tell her that it was complimentary and it didn’t say anywhere in the email that a spa pedicure needed to be purchased. She keeps saying over and over that “the scrub and mask are part of a spa pedicure”. So either they should be more specific in the mass emails they send out or they should have told us before we even sat down in the chair. The pedicure I received was no where near worth $45. I am not happy with the service or pedicure I received and I will NEVER go back. All about me day spa is WAY better!!

Great service! Brittney is awesome. I get my hair, pedicures and waxing all services are excellent. I was getting my nails done here as well but Franki is no longer with them.

So I’ve been here 4 times in the last 6 months. 2 of the 4 times I’ve been there, I’ve checked in right on time... however even though I had scheduled an appointment, I waited for 45 mins to even be called to a chair. This last time I came in for a balayage color. I got called to a chair 45mins after I checked in. I came in with two pictures of exactly what I wanted (Brown with light brown/blonde only at the tips that looked sun kissed). I wound up a solid blonde (not what I wanted and absolutely nothing like the photos I brought in). She charged me an extra 30$ to fix her mistake. Very unhappy with this salon. I’ve had 2 good experiences but 2 very poor experiences.

The service was absolutely amazing starting with the treatment and care I received from the receptionist, Madison, who was very warm and friendly upon walking in. The check in process was very smooth and Madison was very attentive to all the customers' needs. My stylist, Debi, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly the kind of cut I was looking for. I would rate this salon 11 stars if I could. I will definitely return in the near future.
