I normally go on the weekend. I get a simple hair cut and have never had any complaints. If you go on a Saturday or Sunday make sure to check in well in advance or you'll be waiting 45-120min.

We have been customers at this location since 2009. We tried someone new and made a huge mistake. Once we cleaned up at home, we noticed how bad the haircuts really came out. Years ago, you could sit at anyone's chair and get a good fade...not so much now.

Can't seem to get a stylist that can cut an old man's hair like a barber. Jeannette is the first one that paid attention to how I wanted my hair cut, but she is gone. I'v tried them quite a few times.

This location is quite busy, too busy in fact. More often than not you'll wait for an hour and a half.they should either get additional stylists or just save yourself the headache and drive 10 minutes to the other location for a 15- 20 minute wait (without checking in)

I went here for the first time today and the woman who cut my hair, did the worst job of cutting my hair.I told her a 4.5 on the sides and please use scissors as much as possible. So she took the clippers from about my temple to the very top of my head, pretty aggressively I might add. I wish I could post a picture of the hair that now stands straight up on the top of my head! She managed to flaten it out with a ton of gel. I saw who I think may have been an owner look at me out of the corner of my eye. I knew it was bad but had to get back to work and focus. Got home took a shower and could clearly see what had been done. I'm incredulous, what the hell happened?
