This place is so unorganized and rude. The young guy they have working their at the desk is head tripping on watching the schedule. We came in earlier today and waited the 25 minutes we were told then when we went in for the appointment was told to come back in about an hour while the stylist went to lunch! Went back a little over an hour because I was running errands and got caught up in traffic. They immediately took my son for his appointment and told me I’d be back at the end of the waiting list!!! I’m not sure why they have no manager overseeing the shop and ensuring professionalism but they are not worth the trip. I’ve been around hair salons all my life and have never seen a salon so poorly ran or staffed. The guy at the front desk has no business there, he’s got no clue about customer service or any common sense.

The experience tonight was the worst service I have experienced anywhere! My 17 year old son went in for a trim and clean up. He returned home with one side of his head shaved off! This was thanks to a so called stylist named "Alissa ". I immediately accompanied my son back to Great Clips in hopes that someone could repair the mess up?? I was immediately appalled with the level of service from the very beginning. The young gentleman at the counter was very short, rude and had absolutely no customer service skills!! He had a blank look on his face the entire time no empathy whats so ever! He told us to sit down and immediately handed me 2 cards for manager and general mgr. Another stylist looked at my sons hair and said nothing absolutely nothing she could do...The hair cut was beyond repair! We walked back up to the counter and asked for our money back. The young man refused to give us back our money!!! Talk about a double whammy? You not only messed up the hair but to add insult to injury made us pay for it too!!! At that point Alissa interrupted and stated my son told her before he left that his hair was fine! I asked her to look at his hair and tell me where it looked fine?? She then preceded to tell me in a very aggressive way that I should have come with him??? This upset me very much as I have never been spoken to in that manner by any business. I don't make it a point to complain but this was a major error and just wanted my money back. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Not one person ever apologized to me or my son through out the entire ordeal. I will not be going back for my $17 dollars it sounds like they need it more than we do. Go at your own risk!!!

I've had a handful of great experiences among many terrible ones. Why I kept going I don't know. Wont be going back. If you need a quick buzz or childs cut it's an ok option, for any type of style or scissor work go elsewhere.

Have been to this place several times, just had my worst experience. Tried letting the " stylist" know I didn't think the cut looked even, she said yes it is, it's your grey hair. Last time ever going back
