Seriously, don't waste your time at this location. I arrived at 9:15am, 15 minutes after opening, and there were four people ahead of me waiting for a haircut with ONLY ONE hairdresser working. I was told that my name was put on a waiting list, and that I could go grab breakfast and come back and I would be fine. I come back to the store at 10:30 (the store is crowded again) and wait 10 more minutes only to be told that I have to wait for someone else who came in after me because he checked in online, which for some reason is given priority over checking in in-person. I wasted my entire morning waiting for a haircut that I never got. If you're ok with waiting that long for a mediocre haircut, then by all means, give these people your business. But for your situational awareness, there happens to be a nice salon across the street.

Dulce is amazing! She has the softest touch out of anyone that has ever given me a haircut. She listens to the way you want your cut and performs it perfectly. Dulce is the best and I’ll definitely be going back to her in the future!

I take my kids to get their haircut here. I ALWAYS check in online so I do not have to wait to be next in line. I never really had a problem. If I didn’t like the hair I just told them the areas to fix. They can improve their customer service. It’s quite in there but it could be Supercuts culture.

Had a good experience with Holly. The sign in through the online site is seemingly pitiful. i didnt wait long, but people could just come in and cut in line.
