Horrible. Waiting to get a hair cut and the lady with blonde hair just sitting down after I've been there 25 minutes. Close it down Owner.

Christina is professional & friendly. She takes her job seriously, concentrates on perfecting your hair, creates a pleasant experience and values repeat business. Christina deserves 5 stars. The entire time I was there waiting then getting my hair trimmed, Charles & Tamber were talking as loudly as they could to each other about nothing. It seems they were talking just to hear themselves. There was no sense of professionalism, maturity or focus on the job. They did not create a calm & pleasant environment for the customers. Sadly, Tamber went and told her co-workers what a customer shared with Tamber just as he was leaving. They all (not Christina) started loudly commenting on what the customer said after the customer left. I felt sorry for the customer. He had no idea they were all talking about him after he left. I would have left were it not for my faith in Christina's ability as a hairstylist. I called the 800 number at 4:20 CST to share my experience but there was only a voice recording. There was a very unpleasant environment at this location.

I've had some horrible experiences at this place, but I've also had a few good ones. Go see Yarley. She'll do a great job and she actually listens.

Choose somewhere else. I don't expect much from great clips given the price, but this location is consistently disappointing. They seem to have trouble keeping track of the order that people signed in and are usually understaffed. This leads to wait times often being much longer than the estimate given at check in. When it comes to the actual haircuts, I have had several stylists who were not exactly professional. I've gone here for the past year due to the location being convenient, but after yet another poor experience on my most recent visit, will not be returning.

I can't even begin to say how mortified I am with my haircut. Why bother asking how I want it cut, if you intend on cutting it the way you want anyway? Upset, doesn't even begin to describe how I feel right now. Needless to say, I will never, NEVER, go back.
