I went in for a trim on my hair today and I was very disappointed. First, the lady asked how much I wanted to cut..I replied "Just the dead ends" She asked again, so like a 1/2 an inch? I replied "You're the professional." She said..."ok an inch" She had to go to the back to get a brush, which left medium length black hair in my hair (I have blonde hair). She asked me to stand while she gave me a cut because "it was easier on her" I have never in my 33 yrs been asked to stand while getting a haircut, in retrospect I should have because then my hair "might" have been straight. Then I was looking where she cut my hair and there are tiny black hairs where she cut, like her scissors were dirty ...all in all I paid $21 for an uneven haircut and shampoo I had to go home and do again because it's disgusting to have other people's hair in your hair. I should have known...when I sat down she had hair all over her work station and cape. It was very dirty. She told what seemed like to be the manager and he told her to apologize and said "it's a hair salon, there is hair everywhere"... All in all.. a horrible experience.

Great Clips usually doesn't let me down but this last time was horrible. I told the lady I didn't want my bangs short and she still cut them basically all off. She didn't even ask me how I wanted my neck trimmed. I left wishing I wouldn't have came in in the first place. Never going back to that location again

I came to this location immediately after walking out of the one on huebner due to an extremely rude employee. (See the review I just wrote). I couldn't believe the 180 degree level of customer service. I was greeted very friendly right after entering the door and Kiki was super awesome from checking me in and cutting my hair. Even though they were busy, it was still professional and friendly, just how it should be. I will definitely come here instead of the other one.

Fast haircut- didnt spend time to do it right.. Cold shampoo (who showers cold?) to get hair pieces out so I didn't have to go home to do it, had to tell barber to trim my sideburns, over the ears means my hair should not touch my ears at all not go over 1. Normally my hair is like 2 inches when I am done. It was a trim not a cut and they should be asking me not just doing their thing on my head (it's not easy to fix mistakes but there is plenty of room to make mistakes on my head and repair the ones they made too still).. Paying $23 I should be happy with my results not 40% satisfied. That's an F for a grade. I won't be returning.
