Teresa was my stylist yesterday and she was wonderful. Very friendly and professional. Try to see her, if you can!

Very unhappy with this place! The lady behind the desk was very unprofessional and not helpful at! I don't recommend going to this place at all!!

I like coming here. The online check-in estimate is easy to use and usually accurate. I usually get a pixie cut. The stylist who did my hair today did a GREAT job! She recognized that my straight, fine hair should be razor cut and was comfortable using the trimmer to make the back nice and neat. The stylists are always friendly and chat during a cut. Some aren't as experienced, in fact today one stylist asked to watch my stylist in order to learn how to do a razor cut. Until I find someone I'm willing to risk more than $20 on, this is a great place to get my hair cut.

Normally I have a good experience but im done. They want everyone to go online and all the walkins have to wait. To me thats bs you should just set apts. if its going to be like that. Why on a Friday would you only have two people working. I have always done walkin but again im DONE! There should never ne a wait of over two hrs!!

I've had bad experiences at Great Clips before but this location is GREAT. They work fast and there is a stylist named Laura who is very patient and makes sure you get the cut you want. Im very picky but will definitely return , I'm happy with the cut and the service I was given.
