They did so good with my little boy! We signed in online and did the “baby’s first hair cut!” The lady was so nice and my son loved it. The animal crackers at the end made him very happy that he was sad to leave. I can’t say I like the haircut because I miss his long hair so much I should have told her to keep an extra half inch but that was my fault. she listened to exactly what we told her though, and everyone who has seen him loves his new hair. I would definitely go back again, they made the first haircut experience amazing!

Michelle was great with Caidyn even though this was his first experience with clippers and he couldn't control how much it tickled. I appreciated her positive, upbeat demeanor and patience with him. This is our second time here, both being "firsts" for Caidyn (first haircut ever with a donation to Wigs for Kids and now his first shaved haircut) and we will continue to bring him back for as long as we live in the area. -Heather E

My first visit here was great. The stylist did a great job working with my toddler. My second visit wasn't so great. She kept on saying it was difficult to work with my daughter because she kept on moving. I thought a kids hair cutting place would expect that. I ended up having to fix my daughter's bangs because they were crooked and parts were missed. If the original stylist was still with them, I'd give them a higher rating, but I'd expect a child's hair place to know how to deal with children.

Great place for the kids. They have a play area with toys and movies for the wait if its long. They also have little chairs that are fire trucks and plains so that the kids feel more comfortable getting a cut.

HORRIBLE customer service from Christina. From the moment I told her my son doesn't do well with haircuts, she seemed displeased as if it were an inconvenience for HER. I told her I didn't want to use clippers, but throughout my sons haircut (he was crying), she kept insisting we use clippers because it would be easier for HER. I've never had issues with previous hair stylists using clippers but she just kept at it, when all she had to do was get his trim done!! In the end, the haircut is choppy and she blames my son. Never going back.
