Depends on your stylist. Consuelo had multiple slips on the counter, got confused and I ended up with someone else haircut. Seem like a very easy thing to avoid happening. Also I'm sure 45 mins to closing played a factor in the poor service.

Average. Really depends on your luck with what stylist you get unless you decide to wait longer for a specific one. It's about a 50/50 if my fade will look great or if I will have to get it touched up else where because I have an obvious solid line rather than a fade.

This location is so much better than the Westover Marketplace location by H.E.B. on Marbach. That place is horrible I'm so glad this one was close by and they do a great job. Esmeralda is awesome!

Very disappointed. The older Asian gentleman we had cutting our son’s hair did not clean his clippers nor his combs from the last person. Hair was all in the blades and combs. Nasty!! At the end, he kept commenting on how my son didn’t sit still. I asked him to fix the front Hair line he then said next time he would fix it. And finally at the check out he still continues to talk about our son not sitting still. Our son has gotten his hair cut and what’s so funny is I give him a phone and he just stares at it. Past stylist have always commented on how well he sits for his age. Won’t be back.

In my quest to find someone unafraid of cutting short hair on women, I came across the right place. This is hands down the best place I've gotten my hair cut. They ask you tons of questions about your hairstyle to get it just right the first time. Ask for Margarita, she was so friendly and professional! I'll never go anywhere else now.
