Girl didn’t pay attention to my request. Don’t touch the top, fade the sides and back. Instead I got top cut high in the back sides still long with no fade at all. Now I have to go to Toni & Guy to get it fixed. So pissed I even had to pay for an unfinished cut. Girl was not listening at all. Seemed like I was interrupting her day at work.

I was going to get my hair dyed for the first time and i told the staff i had never dyed my hair and i wanted to go blonde and i asked to what shade they can go and the lady told me they can go very light, well my hair was totally damaged I tried many protein masks but my hair was FALLING OFF IN BIG CHUNKS, i them went to a different hair salon to help me and they told me the person who dyed my hair let my hair get burned under the machine and that they didn’t do a good job at all so we had to cut my hair extremely short. I spent 267 dollars and even have her a 30 dollar tip because she told me my hair would change and have better texture and color in two weeks. I will never ever go here.

So rude, I walked in and no one acknowledged me at all, not a “hello, we’ll be right with you” or a nod, I got ansolutely nothing. I stood around for five minutes and not a single person looked up at me or said a thing, there were two workers facing my direction so no way could they have missed me...if everyone is too busy, okay understandable, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to acknowledge people walking in, they had the hair products I wanted so I really wanted to get a cut there, they could have offered to set an appointment with me for another day if they weren’t taking walkins today. That is not how you treat people.
