Very disappointed in our experience.... My sons hair turned out great the lady doing his hair did a very nice job. My hair on the other hand was a train wreck. If only I could post pictures. I tried explaining what I wanted and showed pictures. I asked prior to cutting my hair if she had experience with short shaved women’s hair styles. She kept asking me if it was good. And I kept trying to explain. I saw her cutting my hair no way I’ve ever seen it cut. It was starting to make me nervous but I let it go and figured she was gonna do something else and not leave it like she had. But I soon realized she was not able to fix what she did and I was not going to keep having her cut it any shorter. She kept asking is that good. Finally I just said yes and grabbed my kid payed for both hair cuts and then proceeded to go home and cry. It was literally chopped all different lengths and straight across one side like a bull cut. It’s awful. I went into a higher end beauty parlor today to see if they could fix it. And the look on her face when I had showed her what they did to my hair . She honestly looked shocked and had a loss for words she could not believe it. And unfortunately there was nothing she could do because it was chopped so short on one side and the way it had been cut. Only thing she could do was go shorter and she did not want to do that. She was honest and gave me her card and told me to come back after it has grown out a bit. But never again will I take my family to great clips. Pictures of how it looks now. Vs how it was suppose to look. And now only thing I can do is where to the side and try to disguise it.

This post is to help remind me... I get a haircut once every 6 - 10 months. They do a good job each time.. I mean... I have a simple cut.

Just a generally decent place to get a trim. Not bad, not great. Customer service is acceptable to good, but their tech is poo. The display monitor to show where you are in the queue has been broken for months. Make sure you check in via the great clips app to avoid billion-year waits.

This place is to scissor happy read the reviews decided to give it a try and got a short haircut, maybe for men its ok but lady’s stay away!!!!

Both me and my mother went and got our hair cut here. The manager was the one to cut my mom's hair. She didn't want to listen to what my mom said she wanted done, she rushed through cutting her hair, she didn't even wet down her hair(and my mom has wavy hair), and it resulted in the layers on one side of her head to be 1-2 inches shorter than the other side. I wanted my hair cut in a layered Bob with the back and front blending together. The layers are very choppy, the back top layer doesn't blend(the back top layer is a lot longer) and the bottom l layer in the back is longer than the bottom layer in the front. Neither hair cut, in any way resembles the photos we showed the stylists. Very disappointed and would never go back to get my hair cut there.
