DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. These women working here are very incompetent and unorganized. I was skipped several times here even after informing them that I was skipped only to be skipped 2 more times. This was the second chance I gave this place. The first time they ruined my haircut the day before my wedding anniversary and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So go at your OWN RISK!!!

I had a very uncomfortable experience. I checked in and I already saw the hairdressers looking like they're having a bad morning. So, I checked in and many people can't pronounce my name so I put "Chynna (China) like the country) so a hairdresser named LUPE Torres called my name out in Spanish (which I don't mind) and my mother corrected her and she looked at another hair dresser and they started laughing; I already felt uncomfortable at that point because there was no need for that. Anyways, while she was brushing my hair she kept yanking it and pulling it so hard; as well as when she putting the oil on my hair. I get that my hair was a bit tangled but she didn't have to yank it at all. She was even yanking it when she freaken cutting my hair. I used to LOVE hair talk because I grew up going there with my parents and I absolutely LOVE Cindy and Isabelle. But never again am I going if Cindy and Isabelle aren't there. The customer service was poor. Y'all need to replace ALL the hairdressers there and find some that are customer friendly and talkative.

Totally ruined my hair. They do great on boy's haircuts, but I would never recommend this place for women.
