For the price, it's not bad. The ladies definitely do a better job and are more accommodating than the male stylists that work here. I'm sorry I don't know names, but there is a Thai woman who works here and she does excellent work for women and girls...and at a really good price. The deal with places like Rios is that they really depend on the stylists that work there. As I said, I would not recommend any of the male stylists. They are not as friendly, accommodating, or helpful and definitely not as skilled.

Wife and kids went in and a person told my wife she was going to lunch and it would be a while. She didn't ask what they wanted our explain why it would be a while. No customer gained.

Meh. My husband went in today to get his hair cut and he told the lady 3 times that he wanted his hair short on the top and she still didn't listen. Wasn't impressed. Won't be going there again.
