I have really good experiences at this shop. I try to schedule my services with Yvette since she 'gets' my hair issues. Just got my hair trimmed and shaped this week by Yvette and it looks great. She also takes care of my grey roots with just the right color and once in a while she and I go a little crazy with highlights. Yvette is very professional and is pleasant to visit with as my services are done. All of the staff there is friendly and quick to respond to the client's needs. I will return soon for color services.

Doesnt matter what rating I give this place. Why? Because even when we get persons name and info to try to come back to same person... They are never seen again. So yeah sometimes you find a stylist that does a good job. Good luck finding her again! Other times the person sucks and are grateful when you don't see her again. Place is what you expect.

Don’t waste your time and money here!! First time customer, came in with a blunt shoulder length bob asking for it to be layered down to make it less thick. Came out with 2 choppy face frames and a bird’s nest in the back. It looked like the lady (not sure of the name, brown medium length hair, heavy set) just hacked away at my hair. It wasn’t even worth losing my cool over or going back there for them to fix it because it was so messed up and I was trying to grow it out, not make it shorter. If this place hires someone with her skills, who knows what the other hairdressers are like.

Much better experience than the Super Cuts by my home (1604/Bulverde). Staff was polite, I was greeted as soon as I entered. Elisa fixed a bad haircut I received from another salon and was so sweet! I'm very happy and will be returning in the future. Prices are great.

The salon is very clean! The stylists were very friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Left with a great cut and style and a few products they recommended that really made my hair amazing. Would highly recommend
