I had the same experience as someone else on here. I called because I had a tooth infection in my teeth and instead of at least being polite the receptionist acted like I was bothering her by just asking. I know they aren't bound to help anybody but I'd think a doctor's office might at least be compassionate or at least not have a bad attitude. I would not go to them now for any future work I need. Your staff is the face the world sees and when they act like that then it makes you wonder who is employing them.

I never even made it into the office. I had a dental emergency and was told it would be two months before they could see me at any of their offices. That's more than enough time for a nasty infection to set in. (It was severely infected, 2 months could've killed me) The receptionist on the phone seemed annoyed by the whole thing. Called another oral surgeon and they got me in the next day. The other place's receptionist called me back twice to let me know they could shift things around so that I could have anesthesia for it all. Some practices go out of their way to help and to some you're just a number. Shop around.

Dr. Gress was friendly and explained the surgery in detail. He made me feel comfortable and eased my fears. The office staff was friendly as well. I recommend him for anyone needing oral surgery.

Wow, what an amazing experience! My daughter had an issue with her tooth this morning. Not only did they get her in the same day, but Dr. Gress also removed the problematic tooth in the same visit. Truly wonderful staff, all very friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Gress was so nice, and put us both at ease before pulling her tooth.
