Dr. Gardner and everyone on the staff is wonderful. We received excellent care for the entire length of treatment and my son's teeth turned out beautifully. The office is extremely clean, always decorated beautifully for holidays and the staff is very friendly. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Because of moving, we have had experiences with different orthodontic offices with our children. The care at Gardner Orthodontics has been satisfactory. Two of my children got treated there and their teeth look very straight and experienced no major complications. The customer service there was good for the first two years but went down hill dramatically after the front desk administrator Brittany left some months ago. The new staff have been rude to my family numerous times. Today, I called to schedule an appointment because my daughter has been in pain since her braces were removed. She says she feels like her teeth are uneven and her bite seems to be off and it is resulting in her biting her cheek. One of her teeth has started hurting since the braces were removed as well. I asked the receptionist to schedule an appointment for us. She did say hello when she answered the phone but after I explained that we needed an appointment, the line went silent. I waited about thirty seconds then I said, "hello?" because I thought I got cut off. Then the receptionist said, "I'm looking for an appointment for you." I don't expect her to be sympathetic to my daughter but it would be professional to offer decent communication and say, "Let's see when we can get her in to see Dr. Gardner. Do you mind holding while I check the schedule?" After she checked, the best she could offer me is over a week away because Dr. Gardner is out of town and I guess because she doesn't have a partner, there is no one to see her patients in her absence. That is the sort of customer service we are used to recently there. Very unresponsive. It was worse over the past few months because there was another receptionist who is even more rude than the one today. There is one who I haven't seen in a few weeks. She was really rude to my daughter when she showed up late to an appointment. It wasn't my daughter's fault she was late. Since then, I have made sure I accompany my daughter at all times at the office because I learned that at least that one staff member is the kind who will be rude to my daughter because she knows she can get away with it with a child. So, it's important to me to be there when I check in with my daughter and during the appointments because while some of the staff have been very nice others have not been.

We were on vacation this week and my son’s appliance broke. They went above and beyond to help us and we weren’t even a patient of Dr. Gardner. What an awesome and classy practice to help our family! Thanks so much!

Dr. Gardner is not only qualified at her job, she is also a detailed oriented person that provides her patients the results they want. She takes her time to listen as well as communicate to make sure patients understand how they can work together to “fix” their smile. Dr. Gardner and her staff worked with me to make sure the service provided was what I could afford. My teeth have never looked better and I am ecstatic with my new smile. Thank you so much Dr. Gardner and staff for such a positive experience, I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends!!! 😃👍
