I rarely write reviews as I am not very good at articulating how I feel about goods and services usually, but for a dental office so great I have to try to write a review that does them justice.
I have not been to a better dentist and I don't think I'll be looking for a long time. The assistants that works the front desk and helps with the dental work are incredible, they are very warm and friendly and help to ease a lot of the anxiety I feel when going to any medical office. The office doesn't really look or feel like an office too much, it has an almost relaxing lounge like feel and look to it.
Dr. Morrell is a great guy with a warm personality and is a bit of a perfectionist so he will take the time to make sure things are done correctly. He takes great strides to ensure his patients are as comfortable as possible while feeling no discomfort if possible. If you need more numbing anesthetic he'll stop any time or even if you just need a breather without hands and tools in your mouth. He also takes the time to explain what to expect before and after, how you'll most likely feel and what you'll need to or want to do in order to feel better and heal as quickly as possible.
If you are experiencing any difficulties or have major work done he will remind you after every appointment that he can be reached at ANY TIME if you are in dire need of help or pain relief and has one of his wonderful assistants follow up with you every few days to see how you are feeling.
My last visit there Dr. Morrell and one of the assistants put on some nice music and then held a nice conversation that occasionally included me only requiring a simple nod or one word 'grunt', putting me very much at ease, so much so that I almost took a nap while Dr. Morrell was drilling on one of my teeth, something I never thought possible. When I felt myself so comfortable that I started to doze off I was extremely shocked, even the sound of drilling teeth is usually enough to turn my stomach. After the appointment he gave me some off the shelf painkillers and a juice box to wash it down and to make sure there would be no upset stomach.
So in general, from the Doctor, to the assistants and the office decor, everything is nearly perfect to make you as comfortable possible. Even their prices are very fair for the current dental service prices and the quality of service that you get. After paying for my first appointment outright, and making a decent sized down payment they are even working with me to finance some major dental work which is quickly and VASTLY improving my quality of life. Of course, financing medical services is always a case by case basis where ever you go, but be a good patient and earn their trust and you'll find they are very willing to work with people for major required dental work.
So the best thing I can do is if you need a new dentist, or haven't gone in a long time, is to recommend that you at least call them and talk to them to see if they are right for your dental needs. While I can't guarantee you won't feel any pain or discomfort, I can guarantee that you will have a great experience and will most likely look forward to future visits.
