Dr. Hung is a fabulous dentist. He has never pushed me to do anything that wasn't necessary and when I wanted to get a lot of things over with that I would eventually have to do- he made sure to coordinate an entire day during my stay in Houston and worked on me from 9 am until 7:30 pm with only a 25 minute break to get everything done for me before I was scheduled to leave Houston. Would absolutely recommend him. His staff are also very professional and personable as well. Great all around.

I have gone to a family member for my dental health since I was a small child. Now that they are retiring and I am in another state, I have had to find a new “dental home”. I had tried a few other places around town and was never happy with the care I was receiving. A friend of mine who is a dentist recommended this office to me (he and his wife both come here). I had my first appointment this week with Dr. Hung. He was patient, explained things to me clearly, and waited to hear my questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this office.

I was with Karen the hygienist today and she was so careful, she was trying her best not to cause me any discomfort. She was also very patient and did a thorough job on cleaning. On top of that, she gave useful advice on how to take care of my oral health better.. This place is a bit high in price but it can be worth it. :)

Dr. Hung and his staff at Memorial Heights Dental are absolutely THE BEST out there! I have been to dentists in several cities and states & had quite A LOT of work done over the years. I can testify that Dr. Hung not only does the best work, but is the most professional and caring that I have ever seen. My family trust him so much that my son's father travels from FLORIDA to remain a patient here! A couple years ago I moved to NE Houston. I had to see another dentist for urgent repair with crown. Was big mistake! Months later I still had pain and knew that it was infected. Hurricane Harvey came and was hurting so bad I couldn't sleep... as soon as office opened, I called memorial heights dental and the wonderful ladies there got me an appt the next day! Dr. Hung to the rescue! He fixed my tooth and no more pain. Happy to say I'm on my way back to a healthy smile and will never go to another dentist! Bottom line: Dr. Hung is honest, professional, caring, and sensible. He will always recommend the best treatment for each patient/keep original teeth, and puts the extra effort to ensure that patients are in the best care possible. Unlike some other dentists, he never suggests repairs that can be avoided otherwise. The staff is efficient and always helpful, whether it's about treatment plans, insurance, or working you into schedule in most convenient way! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND MEMORIAL HEIGHTS DENTAL FOR ALL OF YOU OUT THERE no matter what the need is! You will not regret decision. Dr. Hung is THE BEST!

They have to go a long way in terms of customer service. I've been using that clinic for a while and went for a regular clean up. A month ago I did a surgery overseas in the gum and had sutures left. So I asked for it to be removed since it healed during the clean up. The Dr came in and look at it and left. The nurse comes back saying that we can't remove two stitches today ( it's like 3 minutes job) and you have to come back for a sperate appointment. I was dismayed by that...they called after an hour to confirm the appointment and asking for $300 dollars to remove two stitches (3 minutes job) or go back to the Dr who operated on you ( in a very rude way). I am taking my business elsewhere...Dr. Tim is only interested in squeezing money from the patient regardless of doing what's best for him which actually saves the patient money. He put me through a lot of unnecessary dental work just to score some money. I would recommend to seek dental care some other place. Totally rude receptionist btw..
