Crown Issues

I went to BLVD Dentistry Heights for a routine crown replacement. Their own initial clinical charts documented healthy, "Generalized 1-3mm" pocket depths. Because the clinic repeatedly failed to properly fabricate and seat the crown, the treatment plan included multiple invasive gingivectomies that cut away my healthy gum tissue. This caused severe oral trauma and left me with pain and intermittent bleeding When the damage progressed, the local office ignored my calls for a week, completely abandoning me in a medical crisis and forcing me to seek third-party emergency care. Furthermore, while ignoring my calls, they actively billed my insurance provider for a completed permanent crown that was never successfully finished or seated. When escalated to corporate, they retroactively withdrew the claims and offered a refund, while falsely trying to claim the injuries were a pre-existing condition. Look elsewhere.

I was really nervous going in but they took great care. I have gone in for a regular appointment and wisdom teeth extraction and both were completed in a timely matter with great satisfaction. All questions that I had I was able to call and get them answered. I really appreciate that kind of quality customer service. Also, the prices were very affordable which I loved too! I have been quoted double almost triple at other places.

Loved the office. Clean, and efficient. I was a bit apprehensive, as this is the first dentist I have had in Houston, and a change from my childhood dentist, but I had a great experience. Dr. Shah took the time to review what she was doing, and why, and the outcomes of the test. I really appreciated being a part of my dental assessment. My hygienist, Jason, was also a pleasure to work with. He was gentle, and thorough. This is a fantastic office, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dental office Houston.

I had to get a cavity filled here and it has been 3 months since and I’m still experiencing extreme sensitivity for that tooth (hot and cold), which was not there prior to the work they did. I don’t even think I needed a filling in the first place - I had never had a cavity in my life until getting a cleaning here. Edit - what would you suggest to fix it? Root canal and a crown? $$$

Office staff, dentists, & dental assistants were all great to work with. Professional, kind, and very good at what they do. Treatment plan was clearly laid out and didn't feel pushy. The environment was clean and relaxing. VERY happy and will return without hesitation
