This dental center is truly one of a kind. It was explained to me recently and I think very important to understand that the appearance of the waiting area and clinic at this time is only temporary. The clinic is undergoing some major renovations and expanding with more dental chairs to be able to treat and provide more dental care on a daily basis. Please don't judge a book by it's cover, I have received wonderful care here and Brighter Way has become my dental home.

The place is amazing and staff are friendly. I just wish I could talk to some over the phone.

The entrance can be a little intimidating. This feeling goes away once inside the clinic. Friendly staff and very professional Dentist's. Felt good to know that the money I paid for my dental services will help veterans in need, people experiencing homelessness, and the undeserved access oral care.

I’m not very much of a review person but I also feel some of the previous reviews need to be addressed. First of all this place is phenomenal!! My parents have received by far the best dental care in years. Please try to understand their wait time; from speaking with the front office, this clinic tries to accommodate EVERYONE who walks in through the door. We all know dental care is very expensive and for what this clinic offers, from my parents experience, we have not been able to find somewhere reasonable and as understanding until BrighterWay. We have received the care and attention we need and happy we found our dental home.

I think what they do here is great. However, the front staff is honestly awful. We were recommended by a higher end dentist because we can’t afford to get my girlfriend’s dental implants. We couldn’t even get through to anyone to start an appointment for months! We had to contact our dentist to get through, and he got through in 30 seconds. We also missed an appointment we never knew existed because we were never even told about the appointment! Frusterating especially because we travel an hour to get here. I love what they do, I love the accessibility, but the front staff and he back staff NEED to communicate more throughly, both to themselves and the patients.
