He is super professional, and a very personable man. His staff is helpful, and got me in as soon as possible. I was having an emergency, and he was quick to see me, and took my x-rays himself! I've never had a dentist take my x-rays, its usually the staff. He answered all of my questions, and was extremely helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!

Update- A few days ago I received a call from Dr. Dugan's office. Brian is who I spoke to. He said he would research what had happen and get back to me. Within 45 minutes Brian had called me back and said a check was on the way. I'm am so impressed with the way that this was handled. There was no blame game, just let's get to the bottom of this. I believe Dr. Dugan has a great staff now. Thank you for addressing and solving this problem! Dr. Dugan is great! His staff is not. I paid for my sugery then they filed on my insurance and sent me a check for 300.00. I misplaced the check. I called them and they said not a problem they would take care of it. They took the check number, the date, and the amount. After 2 months of not hearing back from them I called and started getting the run around. First the guy I needed to talk to was out sick. Next he was going to their off site location to find out if the check had been cashed. And finally I was told it was too much to try to find the information. Plus the original guy was no longer there. So after dealing with it over 6 months they felt Dr. Dugan needed my money more than me. So sad!

Omg! Dr. Dugan and staff was really great on getting me in.My face was swollen from my wisdom teeth. I was shocked they saw me the same day I called!!! Everyone was so caring and nice. He pulled my wisdom teeth the same day. Prices was great. After my surgery they called to see how I was doing. Never been to a Dental office that call you after treatment. Thank you Dr. Dugan & Staff!

- Serious HR Issues: The receptionist said "I'm gonna kill you" and his assistant said "I'm gonna hurt you" both in the same visit today. When I brought this to the Daniel's attention, he shrugged it off and dismissed it. BAD J00 J00!!! I can understand a 'play-on-words' but there are some things you simply DO NOT SAY IN A DOCTOR'S OFFICE!!!! - Scheduling: They can NEVER keep their schedules. If you get told a 7:00am appt, DON'T TAKE IT - IT'S A TRAP they will always call you within a few hours to a couple days and ask you to reschedule; the Dr is always having scheduling issues with the hospital. Daniel: get a practitioner who will always be there in case you are not in order to have full coverage. - Be careful what you say, all the doctors like to gang up on you and make fun of you. They really need to work on making their patients feel more welcome and comfortable. I really liked Scott - sad to see he left the office. I felt like I was back in the middle of the circle in kindergarten while the kids all laughed at me because I was different. Not nice... - Dr Dugan may be good at what he does, but he's arrogant. Need to humble it down when your patients try to tell you something. If you ever get referred to this dentist for surgery, seek another orthodontist. This shop has some serious personality issues that seem to be ignored. I did not like my experience here. EDIT: When I confronted Daniel about the situation, his response was: "I understand your comments to me, and I wholeheartedly disagree. I really do. No one would make a death threat to you as a patient." He "absolutely" denied his associates made these comments. He said, "So if that bothers you, that's ok. I'm ok with that. You don't run my office." When I responded "that's sad..." - indicating his lack of ownership over the situation, he transgressed back into his childhood and said "you're sad" repeatedly.... He called me a liar, denied the claims, disagreed that death threats and hurt threats were made because "he didn't hear them", and told me that I'm sad for bringing this to his attention twice. This is truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a health associate. I'm so severely disappointed in the response, or lack thereof from Daniel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Thank God for Dr. Dugan if it wasn't for him my mother wouldn't be celebrating her 90 birthday this year. He was call in for emergancy surgery for mom. Because of a very bad judgement of another dentist. She stayed on Life support 3 days, after the surgery, all unnecessary, So people might have to wait but turst me it is worth it.
