I so much regret coming here. Sometime because you pay cheap you get poor service. This place is dirty and unorganized. You come early and still wait 2 to 4 hours to get seen. I really recommend dont come here you will also regreat it. ALSO, THE MANAGER AND FRONT CLERK ( girl with super short here kinda like a bob cut) is rude and has no mannners. Dont wast your money here. Is better to pay a bit extra and get good service, clean place, and organize, and always get check right away.

When I first visited I had my braces put on the same day. Very clean the staff are very professional, I recommend this place I've sent several people to this establishment. Marvin deep cleaned my teeth omg he's the best.

This place is great. For all low reviews, obviously they did not read the forms filled out. It states everything they charge for. So I know what I signed up for. No hidden fees. They literally list all the charges. I had 2 brackets break so far this is my 7th month. Read your papers and if you have questions they'll answer them for you. Don't complain about things if you don't bother reading before signing papers. Cleaning is extra so far I haven't had any. But if you can't keep your teeth clean yourself then pay the extra $! It is better than getting an infection! If you go to all your apts you get free teeth whitening!

Monday, August 14 I had an appointment to have the Doctor check my braces & approve or not approve for the removal of my braces. The doctor, Luvcano, approved for the removal of my braces, so the RDA proceeded by asking me to go back to the front desk. When I approached the front desk the receptionist who helped me, Valeria, Not only was she extremely rude but she pressured me into paying 300 dollars for the removal of the braces. When I told her I was not getting retainers & that I did not understand why it was so much she said that 300 is the fee to remove braces. I then paid with a credit card & went back to have my braces removed by the RDA. The RDA asked for proof of payment & took the receipt, she then asked me why was I charged so much, i told her what Valeria told me. She continued with her work & removed my braces & began to take the molding of my teeth for the retainers so I informed her I was not getting retainers and that I told Valeria I did not want retainers. The RDA was confused because she did not know what the 300 dollar charge was for. She then told me to go back to the front & talk to Valeria & explain to her that I did not want the retainers. When I went back to the front desk & spoke to Valeria not only was she rude & obviously annoyed by me but she was not cooperative to help fit my needs at all. She gave false information by telling be that 300 dollars was the fee everyone must pay for removing braces.  Later that day when I arrived home I read through the agreement document, & no where does it state on the agreement services that a customer, if with the permission of a doctor should be charged any additional fees or that one is forced to buy retainers. Now, I am a full time student & have a full time job at the moment so it is very hard for me to take the time out out of my day to be going through this inconvenient process & the employees did not make it any easier for me, quiet the opposite. My sister Maria called the office for me with my consent to see if she can fix the issue. All week there was not a supervisor present & we were neglected to talk to one over the phone. One of the last times my sister called before someone blocked her number Martha scheduled an appointment for me & my sister to go in on Monday, Aug 21 to meet with a supervisor. Then when she tried to call back to confirm date & time my sisters number was blocked. So then i called the Aero office through my phone during my break time & spoke to Valeria, again was extremely rude & admitted to me over the phone she made a mistake because she was under the impression that I was having my braces removed early & that it was my fault for not letting her know. First off I am not an employee there it is not my job to tell them or know what they are supposed to do.  I went in to Aero's office on Monday the 21 like we were told. Not only was there no supervisor but they did not know who I was or had any notes regarding the issues I am having. All they could do was give me an email.  So not only was 300 dollars wrongfully charged, but I was given terrible customer service and was continuously given false information. And THEY MAILED THE RETAINERS TO MY HOME WITH A FORGED SIGNATURE THAT I GAVE CONSENT
