Although the orthodontists that treats my sons has a lot of artistic abilities is excellent AT what he does , the staff isn't that great. I don't care what customer service industry you serve, the client/patient should never see your frustration even if it's a difficult situation. I asked one time as my brothers only kidney was in failure if they could see my sons early so we could visit & they offered no understanding or flexibility. I am very unhappy with the professionalism of the staff when I have to make a next appointment. I don't like the unpleasant undertones at all. Especially at a dentist office /orthodontist the patient& caretakers should never have unpleasant experiences because often times a result of unpleasant experiences most kids grow up to be adults that won't go to the dentist. Someone really should make the change and difference since the smiles for life are the most important , & creating a good atmosphere. Wished I chose another orthodontist for my sons. They grew up with pleasant trips to the dentist up until this office . The reason for the 2 doctor is good, the staff lacks & doesn't seem at all to understand they are affecting the way a child cares for their smiles later by not being easy to work with. When they only had positive experiences at dentists office before this one. I can't wait until my sons are done with braces, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the staff. Doctor is outstanding at his artist abilities!!

The staff here are great! Been to a few dentist before but this one is the best! Super nice & profesional. I don't mind making that 35 minute drive to this location knowing there's plenty to choose from. Thank you!

The Staff at Ideal Dental are very nice. I had came to the dental office to get a cavity filled and I was extremely impressed with how Dr. Grewal filled the cavity with me feeling no pain at all she was also very considerate and frequently asked if I had felt any pain that showed a great amount of care and I appreciated that very much. Ideal Dental is one of the best dental offices that I've ever came to.

The staff is nice and friendly, and were easy to get along with. I came here to get braces and was really happy with all the work done. Reason I rated it low was because I went to get a cleaning a month or so ago, and I forgot to change my dental insurance from changing jobs, but I know by the time I had gone to get my cleaning and fillings, the insurance had been active for two weeks. So I get a bill in the mail about owing $160 something, and I called and the lady who answered told me to call her back once I knew what my new insurance company name or policy was and I wouldn't owe anything if the insurance was active between the date it was active and the date of my appointment. Once I got the information I called her and asked her how would I know if all is good and I won't owe anything, and she told me if I don't receive a call from them in a week then everything is good. So fast forward to a month now and I get a bill with a 30 days late notice now I owe $240 and they told me there was a gap during that time when I know my insurance had been active during that time, and I told them I was told I wouldn't owe anything if I didn't get a call back and well I got stuck paying the bill with the late fee unfortunately.. I still recommend this place just make sure if you have any bills to be sure they are paid on time and always call them back so something like this won't happen to you.

My Daughter got an Exam there today, the staff was professional and very friendly, I truly feel they had what was best for my daughter in mind and I would recommend Ideal Dental to anyone. We will defiantly be back. :)
