Love Smiley Star Dental! Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Reddy have been wonderful to me. I am getting dentures and each step has been carefully organized and executed. Don't have enough good words for these folks.

I love this office!!! Everyone is kind and very educated to answer your questions! It's extremely clean in there too. As with any medical office, sometimes it takes a few minutes but I know that just means they really care and always take time to help me when I'm nervous. That's a lot!!! I'm usually scared of the dentist but not here!! The front staff, the office manager and the back staff-dentist are top notch. I have no bad experiences here. All great.

1200 appointment, at 1230 was told 20 more minutes, 115 was taken back to see the dentist. First visit took about the same time. Dentist and dental staff we prompt and pleasant. Front office staff, the young blonde pregnant lady was adorable and polite and was explaining the answers to my questions, all was going well; until, this other older brunette lady in a purple shirt felt obligated to interrupt. "What are we asking". The young lady replied we are discussing how this deductible works. The response was jerking the mouse from the young lady's hand and snipping "why are we using the family deductible" I answered maybe because the plan is for my family of 4 more people are on it considering I don't have teeth. Then as I started to explain my questions she just started talking over me in a condescending manor. Mind you I have two masters in engineering, I am not stupid and after spending twenty-two and a half years defending this country in service with the Army, I refuse to be treated in such a manor. As she was being "catty" enough to talk over me and not let me ask my questions, I took a louder tone, positioned my hand in the recognized "stop" position towards her, and stated "I will contact my provider and ask them, they aren't so rude as to talk over me. This just became our last visit." No apologies and no answers received, at least not from her. The young lady was very apologetic of the time it took and was very sweet in her tone. If you come here, charge your phone, bring a snack, and avoid the rude better than you lady. I don't forsee a third visit.

Very clean and best staff in the whole wide world ,community oriented, and cares about kids which are our future. Go to smiley dental for all your dental needs.

I had a really bad experience at this dentist. Yes the staff was nice but the dr was extremely rude who looked at my teeth and didn't even look at them properly. I didn't get a proper cleaning like scraping plaque off, spent less than 3 minutes cleaning with the mint toothpaste stuff, took my wire out for me but didn't take the metal plates that held the wire in place out, or try getting any of the cement off the back of my teeth. Do not recommend this dentist office. Left feeling like I was a burden in their office. Won't be returning to this dentist office anytime soon
