Super friendly staff. They make you feel very comfortable and make sure you understand what is going on. I am not sure what happened to those people who left the two bad reviews but what they described was NOTHING like our experience. We experienced an honest and friendly staff that made us feel right at home with competitive pricing compared to some other offices we priced.

Dr Hughes has been our dentist for years. Always took care of the whole family. I am going back to him soon.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hughes for several years and every time that I have visited his office for a procedure, he along with his staff have been very professional, courteous and helpful on every occasion. I love the fact that they have the technology and expertise to make your permanent crown in just about 30 minutes (two hours total). This saves a lot of time not having to make two visits for crown work. The total process was pain free and absolutely amazing. They make quick work filing your insurance paperwork which is absolutely wonderful! If you're looking for a first class dentist that has been in Tyler for years, give Dr. Hughes a call, you will be glad that you did!

Dr. Hughes is an excellent dentist! I found him through my in laws and I am so glad I did. My husband had to have somewhere around 10 crowns, countless fillings, and even a few route canals over the past few years to fix previous damage and Dr. Hughes did excellent job with every procedure. He also gave us great recommendations for an endodontist that my husband could use (Dr. Bright) and an oral surgeon that could remove my impacted wisdom teeth (Kourt Chatlin). His staff is all very friendly and Misty bridges does a great job with the teeth cleanings. I couldn't be happier with the care Dr. Hughes and his staff have provided to my husband and I, and we will definitely be using them for many years in the future.

Was an Absolute Nightmare to deal with. After they told me they billed insurance companies as a courteous and refused to help. I worked with them for approximately 8 months to there payment and they continued to bill / threaten to send me to collections! After all the back and fourth and the Insurance paid, now they are saying I owe 12.69 because they guessed wrong on what the insurance would pay. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS with people and this and there Office Manager acts like you owe them something!!! Joe Freeman is a Awesome Dentist and his office staff are Fantastic! Amanda the Office Manager is the Worst of all!
